Sunday Stills : Fin, Feathers and Fur

The Sunday Stills Challenge this week had me thinking a little.  The Fur and the Feathers were no problem..but the Fins?  I finally found some..great challenge ED!

This fish advertised as "The World's Largest Northern"  was found in Erskine, Minnesota on Friday.

Certainly these Trumpeter Swans have feathers,  we saw them on Wednesday on a little side trip through a Wildlife Refuge.

This is one of our furry Grandkittys..this is Chaucer..he belongs to our daughter who teaches English.  I am sure you all were expecting a photograph of Chance..I took this one on Friday just to prove I am an equal opportunity photographer:)

  2. Chaucer is lovely! Like you, I'm an equal opportunity photographer and decided to post some photos of feathery subjects other than Sid Vicous, my roo, but apparently his fans have not been happy about that at all. lol!

That's a cool looking fish. Nice capture to share. What kind of fish is it?
How wonderful that you get to see Trumpeter Swans in the wild, too.
    You did good!

  6. We have a big bull somewhere here in Iowa but no big fish. Is that fish bigger than the one at Lake Mile Lac. I bet it is. I really like you grandkitty as she looks a lot like ours.

  12. Wow, that's some fish! Chaucer is cute. Chaucer was my 21st great grandfather! Even so, I'm still not that fond of old English lit.
