I took this last Friday night at my cousins..we don't have our tree up yet. One of these days I might get into a Christmas mood. Check out more Macros at Sunday Stills:)
That is a beautiful shot. I am anxious to try the macro out for Christmas as well as in the snow outside. I have a lot of experimenting to do. That green ornament is really gorgeous.
oh my goodness, I'm not decorated either! I did put out table cloths! I have the lighted houses, but it's always a chore, even though I leave them up all winter, and then I love seeing them once they are out! And you almost forgot...must be the fifty something happening! lol Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog!
I really like the mood you set in this photo with the minimal light. I wish I had room for a tree, but I do have a Nativity set that I keep on my mantle. A got a beautiful crocet angel mantel scarf in Frankenmuth, Michigan that sets it off nicely.
That's a very pretty shot of the ornament. We aren't putting our tree up this year. Not in the mood and too much stuff displaced from remodeling. We can count on lots of decoration at my relative's homes.
We don't have our decorations up either. My husband decided that maybe we won't put them up this year since Christmas will be here before we know it.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty photo Connie. Wish I had your camera and your expertise!

ReplyDeleteThat's a great photo. It's simple, but elegant!
ReplyDeleteOooh! I love the detail of the top. So antique looking. Is it?
