The Sunday Stills Challenge this week was fences. We have a few of those around.
We have an old cedar split rail fence in our yard. Chance had company this week, our Grand-dog Miney was here all week while her family was on vacation without her. She and Chance are great friends, she is a Shetland Sheepdog or a Sheltie. She does not like posing for photographs as much as Chance, but we still had a wonderful two dog week!
The fence in one of the local cemeteries at Sunset on August 01, 2009. Have a great week everyone! :)
Of course I love the dog photo... however the sunset is gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteThat first photo could be a greeting card! It is stunning! The dogs in the flowers by the fence. I love it. Hope Chance is enjoying his guest. We just got back and I have lot's of catching up to do :)

Emma sends kisses for Chance!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful fence photos! Is that first one covered in moss or bird poo? The dogs make that rustic fence look so pretty!

Both are cuties, and the old look of the fence makes it more rustic! The flowers added beauty. Sunset is always on of my favorites, such glowing colors!
ReplyDeleteI love the first one too. I've always loved weathered wood.
ReplyDeleteEvery single one..so captivating. The dogs are gorgeous and the colors of the sun- just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGreat pics. For some reason I found them both rather comforting.
ReplyDeleteWell what fence isn't all the more beautiful with some good dogs in front of it! With the flowers, this is just stunning!
ReplyDeleteLooks like the birds must really like that split rail fence too! Both are nice, but I like the first and the flowers really pop next to the weathered fence.
