Wednesday Words: Emerson

I like Emerson..I also love the color of this petunia..it is a Misty Lilac Wave Petunia that has lost part of its Misty Lilac color, revealing the color it really wants to be. Thanks! Jen at Muddy Boot Dreams for Wednesday Words:)

  3. I can almost imagine the scent of that pretty petunia. Petunias have such a wonderful sweet smell. I love how delicate they are in appearance yet so hardy and easy to grow. A very nice closeup. You captured it perfectly.

  4. Very nice. I am amazed at the subtle colors in the petunia. I have one pink one that I keep being amazed with the color. My dad's and mom's petunia of the old days were so bright and sometimes garish in comparison to these soft colors.

  5. I've been following your other blog, and this is my first time here. Your photos are just wonderful. I went through several pages and will be sure to come back and look at more soon! I love to photograph flowers too, and I haven't seen a yellow lady's slipper since I was a kid, up on the mountain. Thanks for these!
