A to Z Photo Challenge:Q is for Quercus alba

Quercus alba are White Oaks, these are White Oak leaves I photographed one frosty morning this fall. We have a few of these on our property. They have a purplish red fall color. Martha at Menagerie hosts the A to Z Photo Challenge..join in anytime. :)

    I love oak trees. I've never heard of Quercus alba though. Good choice!
