The Sunday Stills Challenge this week was pets. Well at this house that means some serious Border Collie time.
Sometimes he gets real bored with me.
“What do you mean ears up and no frowning..who is frowning?”
“Yes I can smile!”
He loves the snow.
Chance is eight years old. On December 26..he will have been with us eight years. He is a wonderful companion and buddy. In his old age..he is more insistent that he be fed exactly at 6PM and the mail must be picked up every morning at 10AM..and he doesn’t understand Sunday and why the mail isn’t there. He has a schedule..and we are on Border Collie time:)
Your photos are just great! I love his smile by the Christmas tree best of all.
ReplyDeleteEveryone always says Harriet looks sad - she looks the same even if she is eating!!!
Wonderful photos! I wish our two would decide when they want to eat. We try the same time every day and they ignore food. Haven't found the secret yet.
ReplyDeleteChance has a delightful personality, and these photos capture it. The "frowning" photo is wonderful - it is hard to be cheerful all the time.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful portraits :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. I love the expression on number two, he doesn't look pleased at all. :-)
ReplyDeleteHe is darling! Gosh he is still young by Fuzzy's age!!!

He is such a beauty. My BC is 10 now and he is getting to be the same way about his routine. Border Collies do so love rules, especially the ones they make up:)
ReplyDeletequite a dramatic guy he is, beautiful shots with Christmas on background
ReplyDeleteChance is the best..Great shots..:-)
ReplyDeleteI love the "smiling" beside the Christmas tree one best. He looks like a real character
ReplyDeleteThis guy is such a pro, posing for the camera. Our kids in Maine made a calendar of their two dogs wearing different hats and costumes. My son said they went through a few packages of hot dogs to get them sit still through twelve months.
